The Fine Print
All participating guests must be 18+ and be able to participate in moderate and strenuous hiking. We do not offer ADA-accessible hikes at this time. There is a maximum of 14 adults allowed for these packages.
Boxed Lunch Options/Dietary Restrictions
Upon arrival, package participants complete and provide boxed lunch order forms the night prior to their boxed lunch pickup, and can discuss gluten-free or vegetarian alternative(s) during this time. See detailed menu for inclusions on all sandwiches.
Deposit/Cancellation Policies
We require a deposit equal to 50% of the cost of your package, with taxes and surcharges, at the current rate. Your deposit will guarantee the reservation. Any changes to your reservation will cause the rate(s) to be updated to the current rate at the time of the change. If you need to cancel this reservation for any reason, you will get a full refund as long as you cancel at least 60 days before your arrival date. If you cancel between 30 and 60 days of your arrival, you will forfeit 50% of the package cost. If you cancel within 30 days of your scheduled arrival, you will forfeit 100% of the package cost. The additional 50% of the deposit is collected 30 days prior to arrival.
