Where We Live in Glacier National Park
Glacier National Park encompasses more than 1 million acres of largely wilderness area. As part of the Crown of the Continent ecosystem, the park includes parts of two mountain ranges, 130 named lakes, more than 1000 plant species, and hundreds of animal species.
We live at minimum elevation of 3100ft/945m. Glacier National Park is a rugged and remote place. We trade the convenience of proximity and connectivity for the allure of rugged mountain vistas, pristine alpine meadows and lakes, and the grandeur of glacial valleys.
Most employees live on-site at their work location (dormitory), while others commute from our RV/cabin facilities on the park perimeter. Limited shuttle service is available between company owned properties.
